Solution:
Increase the test physical vm RAM memory at vmware level and restart the server.

For benefit of others, for me increasing the VM guest memory to 8G worked. For 11.2 version 2G works fine (it had issues with huge pages beyond 2g).

I Increased RAM to 8GB, But its not working for me.

My Version is RHEL 6.5 and Exadata 12.1.2.
