ORA 12514 Data guard is not in sync with primary

We had issue with the data guard is not in sync with Primary.

When I check the error from v$archive_dest I can see ORA-12514

But when doing tnsping to DR tns ,I works

Then while checking alert log the DG is picking the PROD host name after the TNS entry

Solution:

DR hostname was wrong,Updating the hostname then restarting the DR listener ,DR database and recovery.
