Inorder to have permission for EC2 instance to push the file to CloudWatch we need to have IAM role attached to the EC2 instance.
To attache the role Cloudwatch
> created for EC2 instance
> Console > EC2 > Select the instance > Right click > Instance Settings > Attach/Replease IAM Role
