AWS grant IAM user with Marketplace access

If you want to launch a product in AWS marketplace,User should have access to AWS marketplace portal.

Login to the AWS Console > IAM > select user > Add permissions > Attach existing policy directly >Marketplacefullaccess(for now to testing)
