If you build the AMI image to share in the marketplace
Follow all the security also AWS will scan the image,For best practice before creating AMI,Remove all the credentials which are stored in EC2 Instance,Including authorization key from ssh path.
After creating AMI image AWS EC2 AMI golden image creation
And AWS grant IAM user with Marketplace access
> marketplace management portal > Assets > Amazon Machine Image >
Unshared > You can see the image which was created as per AMI >
Click on the image > Share AMI's
Now AWS will scan the image for access.
