After install Google Cloud - Create Cloud SQL (MYSQL)
>Console > SQL > click mysql01 > Overview>
Connection > add network
Add the network ip need access
Then use workbench > Enter Name > IP > root/password>
> Dash board >
We have all other option create user > Create database > Backup database > Replication >
