Oracle Apps dba R12 installation(12.1.1) and database 11.1.0.7

After installation RHEL and staging,

Go through below oracle note for pre-check and rpm installation.

Oracle E-Business Suite Installation and Upgrade Notes Release 12 (12.1.1) for Linux x86-64 (Doc ID 761566.1)
Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 Information Center (Doc ID 806593.1)

Once everything is setup as per the above doc.We can start the installation from DB node.Run the rapidwiz from stage area.

If you want to change the default port.

Here we have to select fresh or vision demo installation then we have to give DB node host name, domain name, database name, username, group and path where we are installing the db node.

Here we have to select the product which we are licensed.

If we have multiple language

Same way have to give application server information.

For multi node we can add the servers.

Once all the pre checks are successful we can proceed further, else can fix and retry.

Installation log locations:

Database log: /u01/dev/db/tech_st/11.1.0/appsutil/log/DEV_za-ohcsa-dev-01

Application log: /u01/dev/inst/apps/DEV_za-ohcsa-dev-01/logs/12210635.log

Check the log file for below.

Apps ORACLE_HOME environment file passes instantiated variables test:

iAS ORACLE_HOME environment file passes instantiated variables test:
File = /u01/dev/inst/apps/DEV_za-ohcsa-dev-01/ora/10.1.2/DEV_za-ohcsa-dev-01.env

APPL_TOP environment file passes instantiated variables test:
File = /u01/dev/apps/apps_st/appl/DEV_za-ohcsa-dev-01.env

ADOVARS environment file passes instantiated variables test:
File = /u01/dev/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/adovars.env

APPSCONFIG passes instantiated variables test:
