Rapid Install found an already existing /tmp/RapidInstall

Error:

Rapid Install found an already existing /tmp/RapidInstall directory.

Please make sure that no other instance of Rapid Install is running

or that the previous Rapid Install session completed.  If the area

in /tmp/RapidInstall is no longer being used, it must be completely

removed before starting up a new Rapid Install session.
